The Stag Night will be on July 10th in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. We start off with a karting session in Gateshead at 12:30 (for a 1PM start), and then head into Newcastle for the evening. We'll be eating at 7 PM at the Pitcher & Piano - number 108 on the Quayside (let us know if we should reserve a place for you). Give me a ring on the night to find out where we are if you're joining us later. We'll probably start off in the Revolution Vodka Bar (Collingwood Street, NE1 1JF - down the hill from Monument Metro Station) before it gets too busy. We'll then head down the hill to the Quayside, finishing up at the Baja Beach Club on Pipewellgate (just over the Swing Bridge). Entry here is 6 pounds. They have a dress code I'm afraid, which means no jeans or trainers (so I've just been out to buy some trousers!).

I had originally hoped to see the Touring Cars at Croft on Sunday on the way back, but they've now moved the British Grand Prix to the same weekend (swapped with the French GP), so the BTCC race meeting is off.

We've already booked our accommodation for Saturday night in Newcastle. There seemed to be quite a few Hotels already fully booked, but some places still have the odd room available.
